Tilula's Great Adventure is a 2D sidescroller/platformer game that plays similar to Flappy Bird. The player plays as a carrier pigeon named Tilula who is trying to deliver a letter. Unfortunately, Tilula is swept up in a storm and loses the pages. The player is tasked with collecting these lost pages by navigating 4 levels, each harder than the last. This game was created within 48 hours for the Global Game Jam hosted by Marist College. The theme was "transmission", so our team chose to interpret this as transmitting a message. We also added extra challenges through a few "diversifiers" such as making the main character a bird and having the sound design not match the visuals in one of the levels.
