Category 5 is a resource management card game in which players must attempt to save as many citizens as possible during a hurricane. Players must attempt to rescue as many people as they can each round by playing resource cards in response to the many disasters that occur during the aftermath of a hurricane. After the fourth round, the player who saves the most lives is declared the victor.
